KNOW ABOUT CORPORATE SETU
Thus, CORPORATE SETU evolved with the need of developing a platform for academia and corporates as Corporate Setu's first flagship programme.

Director’s Message
Mr. Amit Kumar Sahu
Director – Students Welfare,
Corporate Setu
Alumnus – Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal
India’s agriculture is entering a transformative phase where data, markets, and skilled talent matter as much as land and monsoon. Farmers, agri-startups, and agri-corporates seek young professionals who bridge fieldwork with boardroom strategy. Yet, many B.Sc. Agriculture and allied graduates remain uncertain about their career paths, internships, and first jobs.
India stands as a global agriculture powerhouse, poised to feed the world through innovative agri-startups linking farmers to markets, optimizing supply chains, building sustainable infrastructure, and integrating technology. While agro-industry prioritizes Mechanization (first M) and Materials (second M), the third M – Manpower – demands urgent revival. With technological advancements and government initiatives driving upward growth, we need skilled professionals to deliver product knowledge and technical expertise to farmers.
AASKE emerged to create a unified platform connecting academia, students, farmers, and corporates. We proudly present Corporate Setu as AASKE’s flagship initiative, tackling agriculture graduate unemployment while delivering customized, industry-ready talent to corporates. Our expert-led skill training programs, from academia and industry, not only prepare students for corporate roles but also instil responsibility toward land and environment.
Over eight years mentoring agriculture students and professionals, while gaining corporate experience, I’ve seen two truths: students work hard, and industry rewards the right skills.
Corporate Setu bridges this gap through Agri Consulting, Research, Training, and Career Guidance, promising industry readiness with assured internships and job facilitation. Via structured programs, live projects, expert mentoring, and our growing agri-corporate network, we convert potential candidates from job seekers to value creators from the very beginning.
The AASKE team urges academia and corporates to join this platform, building India’s agriculture manpower powerhouse. I invite students, colleges, and agri-firms to partner with Corporate Setu—strengthening farms, markets, and food systems while transforming aspiration into sustainable careers.
